Important: These terms govern use of this website only. They do not govern a valuation engagement. Scope, standards, permitted reliance, fees, confidentiality and liability for an engagement are set out in a signed engagement letter, which controls wherever it differs from these terms.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These terms govern access to worthprism.com. By using the site, you acknowledge these terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The experience is intended for people age 18 or older acting for business or professional purposes.

2. No engagement or professional relationship

Website access, readiness-scan use, interaction with the illustrative workspace, generation of a brief, or review of pricing or samples does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, appraisal, accounting, legal, investment, confidential, or other professional relationship. No engagement exists unless the appropriate parties sign a separate engagement letter. That letter controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

3. Interactive tools on this site

The readiness scan is a deterministic preparation tool. It evaluates selected evidence categories and does not calculate business value. The source-linked workspace is an illustrative, precomputed example built on synthetic data; it does not analyze uploaded documents, generate a live valuation, or represent client work. Neither tool verifies facts or satisfies professional standards, and neither may be relied upon for a transaction, tax filing, 409A, financial reporting, litigation, lending, investment, fairness opinion, solvency opinion, or legal purpose. Those purposes are served by a signed engagement.

4. Illustrative sample reports

Every sample company, fact, number, assumption, and conclusion is fictional. Samples demonstrate possible organization and presentation only. They are not completed appraisals, client work, market evidence, benchmarks, recommendations, or representations about likely value.

5. Pricing, scope, and timing

Displayed prices, payment milestones, packages, and delivery targets are standard starting points for typical scopes, not a binding offer or a quote. Eligibility and final terms depend on purpose, complexity, information quality, jurisdiction, entity count, reliance, conflicts, qualifications, and availability. A signed engagement letter must define scope, users, standards, fees, payment, timetable, cancellation, permitted reliance, confidentiality, and liability.

6. No regulated or transaction advice

Audit, tax-return preparation, legal, investment, brokerage and other regulated services are not provided merely through the website. Where WorthPrism accepts a purpose-specific specialist valuation engagement, its scope, professionals, standards and permitted reliance are defined separately. Nothing is an offer to buy or sell a security, a recommendation, or a promise of financing or transaction outcome.

7. Permitted use

You may use the public site for lawful informational evaluation. You may not interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape in a way that degrades service; misrepresent site output as a signed professional opinion; remove fictional-sample notices; impersonate another person; infringe rights; or use the site unlawfully. Search engines and AI agents may crawl public pages consistently with robots.txt and applicable law, but may not disregard the site’s stated limitations.

8. Intellectual property and brand

The site design, copy, browser-tool logic, illustrative workspace, and sample-report content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal or internal-business review does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell, white-label, or represent materials as your own.

Liability arising from a valuation engagement is governed by the engagement letter for that engagement, including any applicable cap. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit to be excluded.

12. Changes, suspension, and disputes

Site content and these terms may change prospectively, with the effective date updated. Access may be limited to protect the site or comply with law. Governing law, venue and dispute-resolution terms applicable to a valuation engagement are stated in the engagement letter for that engagement.
