Privacy, stated plainly.

Scope of this notice

This notice describes the information handled when you visit worthprism.com and use its public readiness scan, engagement-brief builder, sample reports, and privacy controls. It does not cover a future client portal, document exchange, payment, scheduling, or signed advisory engagement.

Information you choose to enter

Readiness-scan and engagement-brief selections are processed in browser memory. They are not intentionally sent to WorthPrism, placed in a URL, saved to a database, or attached to analytics. Reloading or closing the page clears the current React state. If you copy or download a brief, your device and chosen applications control that copy.

Information processed automatically

Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, referrer, and diagnostic or security events. This processing supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

If—and only if—you accept optional analytics, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may process page paths, referrers, coarse location, device and browser categories, timestamps, and performance measurements. WorthPrism does not intentionally configure custom events that include names, email addresses, company names, readiness selections, financial information, or brief answers.

Browser storage and consent

WorthPrism stores one necessary local-storage record named worthprism-consent-v1 to remember whether optional analytics is allowed. It contains the policy version, your analytics choice, the time of the choice, and how it was made. It expires in the application after six months. See the Cookie Policy or use the “Privacy choices” control to change it.

Purposes and disclosure

• Deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• Remember and honor your privacy selection.
• Measure aggregate use and performance only after consent.

Vercel provides hosting and, with consent, analytics and performance measurement. Its infrastructure processes data on WorthPrism’s behalf subject to its services and documentation. WorthPrism does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use advertising cookies on this site.

Retention

Browser consent is recognized for up to six months unless you clear it or change your choice. WorthPrism does not control retention in your own clipboard or downloads. Infrastructure and optional analytics data are retained under the applicable hosting configuration and provider terms.

Privacy signals and browser controls

If the browser exposes Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, WorthPrism forces optional analytics off and stores that opt-out. Removing the signal later does not silently restore a previous opt-in. Because this site does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no separate sale/share opt-out flow. You can reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time through “Privacy choices.”

Your choices and potential privacy rights

You can decline analytics, reopen preferences, clear site data in the browser, and avoid entering information. Depending on your location and WorthPrism’s activities, applicable law may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. Because this website collects no contact or financial submissions, such requests will ordinarily concern information handled during an engagement and should be directed to the contact details in your engagement letter.

Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Do not enter information about a child.

Security and international access

Reasonable technical measures include HTTPS and restrictive browser security headers, but no internet service is risk-free. The service is US-focused and can be reached from other locations; hosting providers may process request data in multiple jurisdictions under their applicable terms.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, requesting consent again. Privacy questions relating to an engagement should be directed to the contact details provided in your proposal or engagement letter.
